The responses to a survey about recently opened theatre at a club as answered by club members and general public is illustrated on the table.
From a broad perspective, it is clear that there is no significant difference in satisfaction between two sets of people. The total amount of interviewed made up 5000 people.
To begin with, club members responded highly satisfied 10% more than general public, with compared to 25% and 15%. Meanwhile, the situation was reversed about neutral reactions, which accounted for 10% club members and 20% general public. Both groups mostly answered as satisfied, and the difference in responses comprised of only 5%, 45% and 40% in turn.
According to the table, there were 15% club members and 13% general public, who chose dissatisfied answers, making this section for both sets of people almost the same in percentage. Club members reacted neutral and highly dissatisfied at the same level, constituting 10% of all answers, whereas from general public 6% voted for highly dissatisfied.
