The table illustrates the average results of people who study from four different countries, who took the IELTS academic test in 2010. The first thing to note is that there were five sections including one for an overall of the total score. The overall result for each nationality was quite similar, at around 6 points, and Romanian achieve the highest score.
Looking at the Italian students, they recorded the lower overall results of approximately 6.4. Kannadian students were followed by Malay exam takers, who registered a 6.6 overall band score.
More specifically, Italian registered difficulties in the writing section with the lowest score of all countries. In the listening test, Italian and Romanian students scored band scores of 7 and 7.1 and students from other countries were around 6.5. In reading test, the score was 7 for Kannada and Malay and 0,2 more for Romanian but around 6 for Italian. In the speaking section, was at around 6 points for students from all of the four countries.
