As I mentioned before, rice is the most popular product in Cambodia the consumption is 1445 calories per day, whlist in Poland and in Mexico numbers of calories used only 57 and 19, respectively.
Wheat and Maize are quite popular in Egypt and Mexico, wheat show number of 1085 calories per person, and maize 1083 calories per person. On other hand, wheat and Maize are unpopular in Cambodia and Poland, they are showing numbers less than 20. It is only 18 calories per day for Cambodian, while Polands do not use maize completely.
