While The University of Greenwich, Coventry University, BPP University, Anglia Ruskin University, and The University of Leicester saw steady growth, Sheffield University experienced the most significant rise.
In 2020/21, BPP University had the biggest proportion of Indian students, approximately 3,505, followed by The University of Greenwich at 2,455 and Coventry University with 2,390 students from India. Moreover, both the Anglia Ruskin University and The University of Leicester had slightly lower figures, about 1,925 and 1,175 scholars. In contrast, Sheffield University started at a very low point, with only under 1000 of Indian students.
By 2021/22, the proportion of Indian students had grown in all universities in the UK. Sheffield University saw a sharp incerease, reaching 2,345 (187,7%). Coventry University recorded the highest overall universities at 5,290 (121,3%), followed by BPP University at 5,145 (46,8%), The University of Greenwich at 4,540 (84,9%), Anglia Ruskin University 3,265 (69,6%), and The University of Leicester at 2,390 (103,4).
