The table illustrate the percentage of women and men who rode the bicycles in the same city by different age (0-9, 10-19, 20-39, 40-59, 60+) in one year (2012). Overall, female smoothly declined with age, but in old age rose slightly. However, male sharply decreased from age 0-9 to 20-39, nevertheless also in 60+ age men also slightly increased.
Firstly, 52,5% women in age between 0-9 rode the bike, but the percentage sharply declined in age 20-39 and stayed at 18,2%. Also figure slightly decreased, but after in elderly age popularity of female who rode the bicycle slightly increased and stayed at 19,8%.
However, male’s figure at the beginning was a bit smaller than female’s 51,2%, but in age 10-19 decreased slightly more than twice and stayed at 25.1%. Then sharply decreased to 9.3 in age . And the same as the women in old age men rose to 14.6%.
