Overall, it is immediately noticeable that throughout the years the employee women of senior managers show an upward trend. While Eldan Ltd had skyrocketed since 1980, by contrast Finsbury Ltd showed some fluctuation. Regarding Bamforth Ltd commenced a slight rise every upcoming year, had a surge and became second highest.
Given the date, in 1975 Finsbury Ltd was the leader with 16%, meanwhile Eldan Ltd and Bamforth Ltd were lower 3 and 9 percent respectively. However, in 1985 all companies’ percent of women senior managers was nearly equal, with a difference of only 1-2 percent.
