Overall, Japanese women tend to follow the workforce with highest percentage. Meanwhile, both Australia and United Sttates women opted for becoming managers.
Regarding the Australia group, there is a nearly equivalent number bettween workforce and managers, which are 42 anf 43%, repsectively. This statistic indicates the stable allocated labour significant than the other countries. Furthermore, Egypt is perceived as the lowest women workers group, which is as approximately as two times smaller than that of Srilanka, at 41%. However, Sri Lanka accounts for the lowest number in working as a women manager, which is only at 9%.
In terms of Japan, the number of women joining in working is considerable with 48% female population. This percentage is slightly greater than that of United States of 3%. Although being the most extended women workforce, Japnese women managers are relatively lessen than that of United States, at 43%.
