The image depicts the proportions of women of two categories, the workforces and managers, in five different countries: Australia, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Japan and the United States. The data is presented in percentages. From an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there are normal proportions in Australia and the United States. Meanwhile, it is evident that in Egypt, there are a few numbers of women having work and there is notable difference between two types of labour in Japan and Sri Lanka.
In detail, there are only two countries where both types of women are mostly prevalent. In first country Australia, women being considered as workforce share 42%, with those who managers 43%. Obviously, second country the United States’ share of the mangers is similar to Australian, although women being used as workforce comprise slightly more at 46%.
Regarding Sri Lanka and Japan, it is evident that they also stand out with high indicators for first category of women who are registered as workforce at 41% and 48%, respectively. However, the percentages of managers, the lowest 9% in Sri Lanka and 17% in Japan, are quite low as opposed to Australia’s or the United States’ share. Moreover, compared to the proportion of managers (12%) in Egypt, women of workforce average one-fifth (20%) of all women.
