Regarding the sectors with upward trend, the percentage of students providing positive feedback for print materials started at 84% in 2000, after which it reached the peak of 89% 5 years later before ending the period at 88%. In 2000, the figures for pedagogical quality and electronic resources began at 65% and 45%, respectively. The former grew slightly to 69% in 2010, meanwhile the latter doubled, standing at 88% at the same year.
In terms of the remaining aspects, 32% of good feedback was given by students for a range of modules offered in 2000, followed by a gradual decrease 10 years later. Finally, the figure for infrastructure in the university remained the same, at 77% between 2000 and 2010.
