Overall, it is clear that women accounted for the largest speaking by Mandarin language, while men experienced the noticeable growth by speaking Arabic language.
The table demonstrates that female and male remained the same stable as proficiency, with around 19% by Spanish language, whereas female consistently reached a low of 10% by Arabic and French languages. However, male had the highest speaking at around 22% by Arabic compared to French language. Others language such as Italian, Welsh, and Polish saw a gradual decrease, when women accounted for 7% and 9% speaking by German and Japanese and men made up more than 14% and 10%. In conclusion, women recorded the most dramatic increase to 27% by Mandarin language and men followed the growth at 22% by Arabic language.
