The shares of people who went to backpacking holidays and guided tours in New Zeeland is given on the table and divided into distinct age groups. The satisfaction level of people who visited the holiday is shown on the accompanying pie chart.
Focusing on the table, the youngest group of people between 18-30 years old chose backpacking holiday by far the most and accounted for 62%, whilst the same group who took guided tours made up only 7%. Proportions of individuals between 31-40 showed nearly equal interest(23-22%) in both types of holidays. Situation with the youngest group repeated among the elderlies, however, the figures were opposite, standing at 10% for backpacking and 57% for guided tours. The both figures for the others did not exceed 14%.
In terms of the percentage of how much people enjoyed the holiday, there was a stark contrast between individuals who loved it and those who did not or were not sure. The overwhelming majority(83%) left satisfied while only 10% did not have a positive review. The remaining 7% were unsure about the holiday.
Overall, it is apparent from the table and pie chart that the older people were, the more they prefered guided tours over backpacking holidays. Additionally, the resort in New Zeeland had lots of positive feedbacks.
