The table gives information about the percentage of people in a European nation speding time using the Internet in different levels of time from 2006 to 2010.
Overall, the proportion of people spending each day and each week accessing the Internet saw an upward trend throughout the given period, while the opposite was true for that of 3 times per month and never. In addition, using the Internet daily accounted the higest portion over the time frame.
Regarding using the Internet each day and each week, 36% of people accessing the Internet everyday in 2006, which was higher than that of weekly, at 15%. In the following years, the former saw a significant increase to 72% in 2010. While the latter grew and reached a peak of 29% in 2008, before decreasing to 22% in the final year.
In terms of spending 3 times per month surfing the Internet and never, in 2006, the percentage of people using the Internet 3 time a month was lower than those who never used it, with the respective figures of 15% and 34%. After that the figure for 3 times a month fell gradually to 5% in 2010. Meanwhile, the data of people never using the Internet underwent a considerable decline to only 1% in the end of the period.
