Overall it is evident that the USA and Russia experienced a dramatic rise during the period in nuclear weapons in contrast Germany and Japan had none at all while the other countries recorded the similar levels of nuclear weapons
In 1965, Russia and USA started at a medium number 196 and 378 then reached its peak at 4873 numbers in Russia and 7534 of numbers in USA in 1990 and at 2005 these countries showed a slight decline
