The table shows the amount of nuclear weapons owned by several nations in 1965, 1990, and 2005.
We see in all three tables that USA had the most nuclear weapon power, having more than all of the other countries combined in all years shown. Russia was consistently the second country with the most nuclear weapons in all 3 years shown. The third and fourth countries with the most nuclear artillery were the UK and China, with UK having more in 1965 and 2005 while China had more in 1990. We see that France has always had significantly less nuclear power compared to the countries we mentioned. Germany and Japan on the other hand, has never had nuclear weapons in the years mentioned.
We can infer from the table that the most dramatic increase happened in 1990 with all the countries that had any nuclear weapons in 1965, while 2005 saw a decrease for all countries.
