The diagram illustrates the percentage of two types of students, namely: undergraduate and postgraduate students at a university in the UK, who were comfortable with the three infrastructures there in 2004.
Overall, while postgraduate students show more interest in social facilities, it is also noticeable that undergraduate students are big fans of the University cafeteria.

Similarly, the proportion of undergraduate students who were quite satisfied was 17%, which was 3% lower than the figure for postgraduate students. Moreover, 15% and 26% expressed displeasure about this service for postgraduate and undergraduate students in the survey.
On the other hand, in terms of the university cafeteria, half of both student groups, namely postgraduate and undergraduate students, were excited about this infrastructure, at 52% and 70%, respectively. Although, only 3% and 16% of postgraduate and undergraduate students were dissatified with this service, respectively. Regarding social facilities, postgraduate students who were excited about this service were 95%, and only 5% of them showed their displeasure with this service in the survey. Moreover, the proportion of undergraduate students who were disappointed was one-third, and 70% of undergraduate students were excited about this service.
