Overall, Education and employment were rated more in 2010 in comparison to 1980, and as opposed to this, the remaining aspects were rated less respectively. All the city livings were given more than 10% in both the years 1980 and 2010 except employment. The rating of all the categories were rated higher as bad in 2010, when compared to 1980.
The education and employment rating were found to be increased by 10% in 2010 (from 72% to 82%, and 62% to 72%, respectively) as good. The rating of healthcare and transport were reduced by 8% and 13% respectively as good. The remaining two shows marginal reduction with 1% in environment and 4% in shops.
The proportion of neither good nor bad was greater than 10% in all the sectors of the city living in 1980. On the contrary, the percentage of employment rating drastically lesser from 22% to 5% in 2010. Education, healthcare, and shops were exactly 4% worse in 2010, when compared to 1980. Remaining aspects were also more rated as bad by 10 % in environment, 13% in employment, and 6% in transport from year 1980 to 2010.
