Overall, most students are girls as compared to boys in both years, who are mostly interested in the French language. The least interest is given to the Spanish language.
Females who studied in 1984 are 49% as compared to the opposite gender, about 30%. In 2007, the proportion of girls remained high, up to 40%, as for male students it is calculated at only 27%. This shows that mainly girls are interested in learning different languages. In the first year, the highly learned foreign language is French, as 50% learnt it. The German language grabbed the interest of 20%, and the Spanish being the most difficult language, remained at about 4%.
The interest of students converted to Spanish and German as compared French ended up 10%, for German increased up to 25% and the last language decreased to 34% in year 2007.
