Overall, the housing estate will have notable changes, including the conversion from a basic area to the well-equipped venue as well as the construction of new facilities to accommodate a larger citizen population.

Currently, its surface is quite simple. There are a number of houses, which have four bedrooms, equally distributed in its area. Additionally, trees is planted surround these house, making feeling relaxed for local people. A private road is built in the form of a curve connected to the main road to cover a small separated area.

The plan of reconstruction has many new infrastructures, especially a large flower garden in the center, which makes a remarkable destination for people who love photography. Moreover, a tennis court will be built in the northeast area and a lake on the opposite side to make more options about sport areas for everyone. New parking will be established in the southern region, contributing more parking space for the citizens. The private road will be reduced and connected with the flower garden through a new street. In particular, there are more types of houses such as one, two, three-bedrooms houses that will be replaced for the previous four-bedrooms ones.
