The two maps compare the differences between the current layout and the future layout after redevelopment of a housing area.

Overall, this estate will undergo substantial urbanization between now and in the planning, including the shrinkage of houses and the establishment of new public amenities. However, the main road will remain unchanged.

At present, the top of the area contains a U-shaped private road, which is directly connected to the main road. Three four-bedroom houses and many trees occupy inside this road, which will be entirely replaced by a small forest in the future due to the shrinkage of the private road. Several big houses which now stand under the U-shaped road will be removed to make way for a lake on the left and a tennis court on the right.

Regarding the bottom of the estate, a straight private road will be constructed to connect the U-shaped road with a road surrounding a flower garden at the middle bottom. Houses with four bedrooms, which are positioned densely in this area, will be entirely replaced by houses with less bedrooms and arranged around the flower garden. A new parking area will be built in the future, while trees will still be planted near houses and amenities.
