The purpose of this report is to provide information pertaining to changes that will take place in a housing estate over a period of redevelopment. Overall, it is evident that the estate will transition from being primarily residential to placing greater emphasis on communal facilities. Additionally, all of the houses will undergo a reduction in size, with at least one room being removed, resulting in the original four-bedroom houses becoming smaller.
This report will begin with the northern section of the maps. While the main road remains unchanged throughout the redevelopment period, the layout of the smaller road will shift from a U-shape to a straight route leading to the center of the area. At the same time, houses and trees will be removed and repositioned to make room for an artificial lake and a tennis court, which will be separated by the road.
Attention will now turn to the southern portion of the maps. A new flower garden will be introduced in the central area, with all the previously scattered houses being grouped around it. Additionally, a parking lot will be constructed in the southern part of the area.
