The two maps illustrate the transformations made to a city named Denham from the year 1986 to today.
Overall, the shifts are characterized by the massive expansion of accommodation areas, while demolishing the recreational areas and agricultural activities completely.
The flow of the river stroke, which has connected the southwest side and the norteast side, has not altered its path over the time. In contrast, the main road, travelling through the middle of the city, and its surrounding infrastructures have underwent significant changes during this time. Although the street had no branch in 1986, three new branches have been introduced today and one of them is rectangle shaped. These new branches are encircled by new houses, enhancing the accommodation facilities. Another notable change is the absence of the graden, which was filled with trees, a small pathway directing to the main road, and three large buildings. It has been replaced with home for those who had taken retirement from jobs.
In addition, once the city was enriched with agricultural farmlands, nowadays these farming activities are gone. However, the post office and the primary school have remained in their original position with some sophistications. This development reflects the intent to transform a rural area into a modern city.
