The maps illustrate the changes that have taken place in a small park from 1980 to the present. Overall, the park has undergone significant modifications, with the addition of recreational facilities and the removal of some natural elements.
In 1980, the park was enclosed by a wall and had a gated entrance at the southern end. A pond was situated in the middle, with two benches placed around it. To the west of the pond, there was a large flowerbed, while to the east, a dense cluster of trees covered a significant portion of the park. A walking path ran through the park, allowing visitors to explore different areas.
At present, the park has been modernized and made more functional. The enclosing wall and gate have been removed, making the park more open. The pond and benches remain unchanged, but the flowerbeds have been replaced with open grassy areas, and some trees have been removed to make space for new facilities. A picnic table and a barbecue area have been introduced in the southwestern section, providing visitors with a place to eat and socialize. Additionally, a children’s play area has been installed in the southeastern part of the park, while the northeastern section now features a few scattered trees with a person sitting on a bench. The pathways have been altered slightly, allowing for better movement across the park.
