The maps illustrate the transformation that took place in an urban area in Outskirts of Fosbury from the years 1980 to 2015. Overall, there were a number of noticeable alteration that happen in the buildings and amenities in that area. Despite those changes, the residential houses and hotels remained the same.
To begin with, the most noticeable change is the old 1980 fields that was turned into an industrial area in 2015, with far more buildings for warehouses. Moreover, another road was erected from the main road on the east side to connect with the warehouses. Additionally, by 2015, the old block of flats had been knocked wodn for the expansion of a roundabout road in the middle of the city.
The old terrace house which used to be on the northeast side had been demolished before 2015. That area was converted into a large car park and a supermarket. Furthermore, the initial 1980 city park was turned into bigger terraced houses in 2015. Meanwhile, the empty space nearby the old park was converted into a smaller city park. Tennis courts had been renovated before 2015 to become a sports centre, with a small parking lot.
