Dear Ma’am Nasreen,
This past few days, several complaints from the visitors was received because of the lack of receptionist in the receiving area. One of the primary complaint was no one could address their inquires before entering inside the main office. The don’t know who are the responsible sections that would process their documents.
Ideally, the reception area must have a permanent receptionist that would manage the smooth flow of the transactions. Receptionist entertain queries and answer questions from the visitors, direct them to the right person, relays phone calls and deliver immediate customer service.
Therefore, the company should hire a permanent receptionist and should be well-oriented of the services that we are offering. In this way, we can minimize complaints and we can assure proper management of the reception.
I hope my suggestions can contribute to resolve the issue.
Kind regards,
Mary
