Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform about the conditions of public transport in Lloydminster Alberta. People are facing many problems due to lack of bus service.

First of all, only taxi service is available in my area and as a result, it consumes so much time to book taxi. Moreover, taxi is expensive and time consuming. For instance, for 2 km distance the fare is about 15$. Most of the people cannot afford that much cost for travelling. Secondly, there is lot of traffic on road. Last but not leaset, pollution has also became a untollerable problem.

All these problems affecting the local residents in many ways. The high rates for booking taxi increasing the debts. Along with that, increasing pollution causing health problems like Asthama.

Furthermore, traffic lead to accidents.

In order to cope with this problem, I appeal to public transport company to start bus service as well as to take steps to improve the vehicle those causes in high pollution. I hope you will take immediate actions.
