Dear Sir or Madam,

The reason why I am addressing you is that I want to express my displeasure with the public park being auctioned off.

I am Anna Hathaway, who has been residing in Alaska state of the USA for 5 years. Our home is located near Grand Canyon Park, which is a well-known recreational center in America.

Yesterday, I heard bad news about it. This area is purchased by one of the richest businessmen, Elon Musk, for his new construction project. However,as a long-time resident of this place, I can say that we can not imagine our routine without it because it is the only one in our town. All the residents living within a distance of 7 km come here to relax and play some kind of sports such as football, badminton, tennis, and even yoga. That is why this place is so important for both young people and adults.

I kindly request that my concerns be taken into account and would appreciate a response regarding this matter. I also encourage the council to seek public opinion through consultations or surveys before making a final decision.

I hope you will consider my request with this in mind.
