Overall, it is clear that, of six countries—Slovakia, Australia, France, Poland, Spain and Greece—the figures for Slovakia, and Austria saw a moderate decrease, while the percentages of Spain and Poland increased slightly during two years. The rate of France in the renewable usage remained stable but the figure for average fuel usage saw growth.
Looking at the details, the percentages of Slovakia and Austria reduced moderately at the end of the period, from about 9.5% to nearly 7.5% and from approximately 6.5% to almost above 5%, respectively. As for the proportions of Spain and Poland countries, the former increased from roughly 3.5% to fewer than 5%, the latter witnessed a growth between 5% and 6% in 2010.
The percentage of France in fuel usage stayed unchanged, with 6%, whereas, average usage of European Union went up from nearly 4% to about 5.8% in 2009.
