The recruitment of new members staff isn’t an easy matter, in fact firms have specialised people in this task. First of all, the recruitment process stars only when the Department Head communicates a new position is available. In other words, the Department Head proves the request and gives the consent to begin it.

At this point, the recruiter has no more contacts with the Department Head and supplies to resolve the task writing a job post where there is all information about kind of job, working hours, skills and knowledge request. Advertising the job post, the Human Resources receives several applications and the awkward phase stars. Why is it so important?

All applications are reviewed by expert employees that pay much attention to read every detail because only qualified and competent candidate can be chosen. Concluding the first step, the recruiter makes the shortlist candidates and the document is published on the firm’s website for transparency reasons. After the publication, the applications can’t be reviewed anymore because the shortlist is in the public domain and definitive.

Finally, the recruiter interviews the candidates and tests the declared skills. When the candidate is chosen, the firm provides to offer the job describing all conditions. To sum up, the future employee has to respect his duties but he has the rights provided by law.
