To begin with, the first process is when positions for new staff are vacant, there is an approval process from the Human Resources Department. If the candidates are did not get approval, the staff of the HR Department will speak to the head of the department. But if the employees are approved, they will write a job description for the candidates. After that, the HR Department will advise on the position for the candidates.
The next process is the HR Department will review candidates applications. if they are not qualified, the HR Department will review the candidates applications. If the candidates qualify, the HR Department will make the shortlist of candidates and interview them. After all, the HR Department will offer the position to the candidates.
