It can be seen clearly that Low fat &redused spreads had highest consumption the period.However,butter shows sharply decreased while margarine good started but gradually decreased.
In 1981, Butter started at about 140 grams consumption of spreads increased approximately 160 grams in 1986.After that sharply decline and reduced around 50 grams in 2007.
By contrast,low fat &reduced spreads had about 10 grams consumption of spreads.This figure double increased to around 80 grams in 2001,then gradually drop approximately 75 grams in 2007,while margarine had more stable figures in finish decreased.Begin at to about 90 grams in 1981,then slowly fall to around 80 grams in 1986,again slightly grow approximately 100 grams in 1991 and 1996.However again sharply decline to approximately 40 grams in 2007.
