In contrast , the least important skill is selling a product or service ,decreasing from 24% in 1997 to 21% in 2006 . Others skills also experienced increasing trend
Listening carefully to colleagues is the most important internal communication skill with the highest percentage , jumping from 38% in 1997 to 47% in 2006 . Making speeches or presentation, the least important skill , increasing from 7% in 1997 to 11% in 2006 . Meanwhile, planning the activities of others is the only skill remaining unchanged , going up from 14% to 15% . The others skill grew by around 4% to 9%
