Dear Manager,
The reason why I am writing this correspondence to you is that I am going to make a complaint because the transportation system is very bad in the northern part of the city where I live.
Regarding the details of the problem we are facing, people in my living area cannot go to their jobs on time because of bad public transports. It is true that there are some buses in my neighbourhood, but they are very old and inoperable. Moreover, there are not any tramps in this place, which is why, more and more residents have to use private cars, although they are too expensive.
My point of view is that this is the biggest problem in my neighbourhood, and affecting us in different ways. Due to a lack of buses, the streets are very crowded, and there many cars on the roads in every morning, which leads to rush hours and air pollution.
I want you to change the transportation system as it is important for many people who work in longer distances. It would be better for society if you send new buses to my living area.
