Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with transport service in my area due to certain reasons.
Actually, I am facing delay in bus service in my area from a couple of weeks. I am a corporate office employee and usually prefer to travel by bus. It becomes complicated for me to arrive on time at the office as buses always come late than scheduled timing by dint of my manager also have conflicts with me.
According to me, it is a problem because it is not only affecting my work life but also creating problems for other regular passengers. Since this issue is inclining, I have seen many college students who were frustrated because they often miss their classes by reaching late in the college.
I appeal you to give attention to this matter and fix a meeting with the employees working in the region, so that something can be done to mitigate the issue. I shall be highly obliged.
