Dear Jenny,

I hope you are doing well. I was so excited to receive your letter last week and you called me to meet on next month 15th so I am writing this letter to explain with my disability situation on that day because I commited to attend my mother’s heart surgery let me you tell you more details.

I am totally disstressed due to this situation and I apologise to you because you expected me to meet from last year but I am not responsed. It is my fault but now my mother got serious blocks in heart so doctor advise to do this surgery on July anyway I have to care more on this condition so I think it is not a better time to meet.

After this issues I defienetly promise you to meet and I more delighted to see you on July 25th at People’s park. Let me know about your free time on this day and also send me a reply.

I hope you consider my situation and accept my apologises.
