Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing in regard to a recent interruption to my internet connection which has created many obstruction in my work.

This happened two days ago, when my internet’s speed suddenly slowed down, and I tried to reconnect my wi-fi few times but it did not work. Since I work from home and I have piles of work to get done using my computer, I need the high speed of internet speed. I am lagging behind in my work because of this obstruction, which is affecting my work performance immensely.

I am requesting you to please send an engineer to check my connection as soon as possible, so I can again focus on my work without any technical difficulty. I wanted to ask you that since this issue has persisted for a long time, I want you to reduce my bill.

I am hoping to hear from you as soon as possible.
