Dear Mr. X,
This letter is a complaint about the discomfort that I and my company’s employees are suffering from.
Firstly, because of this disturbance, we are unable to submit our work on time. There are network issues that are decreasing the internet speed; due to this, loading time is increasing.
Therefore, I request that you provide an engineer to our office who is able to solve this problem. Please send him or her to our office address as soon as possible.
And lastly, I heartily request that you charge minimally because the same issues happened 2 months ago. After 2 months, you charged more, which is not reasonable this time. Day by day, new things develop in the market, and they charge minimally.
