Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about the poor internet service I have been experiencing from the past few weeks.
Last month, one of the representative from your company came to install a flash fiber. A device which helps to improve the internet speed. But even after the installation of that device, browsing takes much time which results in delay of important tasks. Moreover, last week your company had sent a notification that there will be increase in the monthly charges from May,25. I am unhappy with this idea of increasing charges with the ongoing internet speed and issues.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange for an engineer to visit my home at the earliest possible convenience to inspect and resolve the issue.
Additionally, I would request a reduction in my monthly charges until the service will be improved to promised standards.
I am looking forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
