I have shifted on this address a week ago. I have called three days ago to put rogers internet connection at my residence. Unfortunately,I am writing this to complaint you regarding the service I have got.
Yesterday, I had meeting with my colleague on video call. While doing conversation, I have experience the poor quality of network like audio, video was not clear to me. It makes me unhappy because I was not exptecting this that i need to end my meeting without discussing with my team member.
I am requesting you to sent a technician to the address of 165 Bechtel drive,Kitchner to follow up with the problem that I am facing . Beside that, I am also want some reduction in by bill cycle due to the issue. I hoping that you will consider my request will send a engineer as soon as possible
I waiting for the person to fix the problem.It would be great if he visit home after 3o’clock.I am looking forward to hearing from you.
