The given bar graph depicts the percentage of people who divorced in three cities in Europe between 2013 and 2017.

Overall, the divorce rates in Istanbul, Paris decreased, while the percentage of London rose gradually.

Moving to the details, Istanbul ranked first in the divorce in 2013, and It was approximately 27%. This rate rose to a little less than 35% the following year. However, it decreased slowly until given last data point. In comparison with 2013, the rate of 2017 was slightly lower by about 26%. Meanwhile, the percentage of people who divorced in Paris was exactly 20% in 2013. This proportion decreased slowly until 2015, reached 15%. However, it increase significantly the following the year, rose to about 23% in 2016. It then declined again, fell to less than half of the 2016 rate, which was about 9%.
