Florida the highest number of unemployed citizens whereas Utah has got least portion of unemployed citizens, mean income per person and citizens under poverty line whereas Florida has highest number of unemployed citizen and California has got highest number of citizens under poverty line.
The difference in the portion of the aged and under aged population is huge in Utah than any other states. California has got highest mean income of 23 grands but also has the greatest portion of people who are under poverty line. Utah has less poeple under poverty line although their mean income per citizen is less than others. Florida has almost half a population unemployed but their mean income is quite impressive.
To conclude, Utah ranks first among three in terms of population who can afford basic needs although having least mean income per person.
