Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am Nonna Lia, and I stayed at your family-owned hotel, The Mattas, two weeks ago. I am writing this letter to thank you and your staff for being amazing hosts, even during the busy holiday season.

I particularly enjoyed my stay because of the facilities offered. Every other place in the city, Paris, only had a complimentary breakfast. But I really enjoyed the additional touch of family dinner with the staff and other guests. I believe this was definitely a great way to share happy moments, and it gave a chance for cultural exchange. Moreover, each guest was endorsed in the cultural music festival, which was held in the backyard.

Taking back good memories with me, and not sharing with the world, seemed a bit unfair. So, I have provided a positive feedback of the hotel on a renowned website for future visitors. I have also added my experience to a popular charity site, and I am hoping keen individuals would donate towards the expansion of your business.

Thank you for your generosity, and I look forward to visit the hotel soon!
