The table gives information on the average monthly disposable income, average monthly petrol spending and percentage of monthly income spent on petrol for the world’s ten most expensive countries for petrol. Most of the countries are in Europe except Eretria and Turkey in Africa and Asia, respectively.

Overall, the average monthly petrol expenditure is similar for all countries. while the percentage of monthly income spent on fuel is similar for the countries in Europe and Eritrea has the highest percentage. The higher the income of the country the lower the percentage of money spent on petrol.

Norway has the highest average monthly income of 4329.0 dollars and Eretria has the lowest income of 450.09 dollars. The average monthly spending on petrol is similar for all countries and is about 300 dollars.

Eretria spends around 60 percent of average monthly income on petrol, however, the amount of money is very low and the average income is the lowest. countries that have a higher average monthly income spend a similar percentage of money on petrol that is around 10%. Turkey spends the next highest percentage on fuel that is 34.2%.
