Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my gratitude for the hospitality I received at your hotel. My friend and I stayed at your property from December 3 to December 5, as it was my birthday.

I would like to thank the whole staff and especially the manager because the moment they heard it was my birthday, they did everything they could to make me feel special. We were treated with a lot of love by them.

We both had a wonderful time. Our stay began with complimentary sweet treats and the staff had also decorated our room with beautiful balloons. In addition, while we were having our dinner, the staff sent the sweetest present for me.

I had never experienced this amount of warmth until now. I wanted to do something in return for the management which is why I have added a very positive review for your hotel on Yelp, a famous tourist portal. I have mentioned every detail of how happy everyone made me feel.

Once again, I want to thank everyone, as I will always appreciate and cherish the time I spent at your hotel.
