Dear Sir

I am writing this letter to complain you about some problems in your hotel.

Let me explain it with more details in 5 April I booked room in your hotel I choose this place in fact in this hotel have 5 stars and 7 April I stayed there, after 3 days cockroaches began to show I was really upset when discover them in my room step by step they appear more before it I informed about this situation to your employer he promised me to solve this problem as soon as possible however this insects still walk in my room.

I did not expect to recognize such as issue in your hotel because most of your customers were pleased and I believe you solve it. Also I would to suggest solution if you agree with me the best solution would be to give me another room as my present.

I hope you will support my opinion.
