I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel from 10 to 12 May.
Firstly, the room was not cleaned properly when I checked in, and there were visible stains on the bedsheets. In addition, the air conditioning unit was not functioning, which made the room extremely uncomfortable, especially at night.
As a result of these issues, I was unable to rest properly and felt quite frustrated throughout my stay. This negatively affected my overall experience and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and offer an appropriate apology or partial refund. I hope that you will also take steps to improve your housekeeping standards in the future.
