The simple graph illustrates results of a survey about reasons for moving to capital city of certain country.
Overall, the study and employment were the most frequent reasons throughout the years. While family and friends along the adventure were less frequent, but steady responses.
The most notable feauture on the graph is surge of studies as main reason to rellocate. Staring in 2000 at approximately 25000 up to just below 90000 answers in 2015. In the contrast employment was at 60000 in year 2000 with peak in 2010 at slightly above 90000. However, the positive decade followed by slight decline to same numbers as study in 2015.
The least common responses family/friends and adventure were both at slightly above 10000 in 2000. They increased through out the decade although family and friends grew to over 20000 and adventure remained around 15000. Following with 5 years of almost complete stagnation.
In conclusion, study was the fastest growing reason to move to a capital city while employment remained on the top position during the observed period.
