Dear Tom,

how are things going? I hope this email finds you well, I’m writing to follow up on our last discussion last week, about the arrangements for the street cleanup event.

I was wondering, we should plan this event next Saturday on 22nd of march, after lunch time around 12.30 PM, so we make sure that everyone is around the neighborhood and present, I will be free that time because, I took a break from my online job for this occasion.

Moreover, we will need some materials to help with the cleaning procces, a chelve and pocket would be great and some plastic bags, we can rent them from the cleaning company, or we could ask from Jack Smith house number12, he is a plomer he surely have this kind of materials.

Futhermore, we could inform the neighbors about the event by sending them an email, and for those who don’t have internet, we could send them a hand written letter in the boxletter.

I would appreciat if you could contact me soon regarding this matter.
