Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my profound gratitude towards you and your staff for the hospitality and deep customer care shown to us on 8th July at your Milav Restaurant.

We visited your hotel for celebrating birthday party of our friend Kate. It was on ‘8th july. All together, there are twelve members came for the party. It was a surprise party arranged for the celebration.

Our friend Kate transferred from our college to other college. So this is the last chance to spent with her. This celebration was organised by one of our friend Vinny. She suggested restaurant name which is famous for its non vegetarian dishes as well as vegetarian dishes. Hence, we planned the event to be memorable. We came there for lunch and thereafter plan to cut the birthday cake.

Since it was a sudden plan, we couldn’t inform earlier about the birtday cake. Even though cake makers request us to wait for one hour. Within one hour they showed their talent and skills in cake making. It was an excellent cake, we never experienced such a tasty cake ever before. Once again i am thanking to you and your team members for their special attention and polite manners showed towards us on that day.

I am suggesting you to reward your staff for their excellent customer care and dedicated hospitality.
