Dear Mr Roy,

I hope that you are doing great. I am writing this letter to express my interest to rent your banquet hall located on the ground floor of the sky towers building.

Me and my friends have initiated a weekly dance program for kids and work from home individuals, as part of a healthy community project. Our work is to make people fit and encourage them to loose weight through simple dance forms. The goal of this project is to reach out to atleast thirty percent people from our society and see the changes in their health over a period of three months.

After exploring a lot of venues we have concluded that the hall at Sky Towers owned by you, is the best suitable place for the trainings because, of its close proximity to the school. can you kindly let us know if you can rent the place to us for six months? we would be eager to know the conditions and see if we can fulfill them to plan our schedule.

We are planning for a full week course with two classes one each in the morning from 6 to 8 and in the evening from 4 to 8. The morning ones are exclusively for adults where as the evening classes will have two batches both for adults and children

Looking forward for your favorable response along with the rules that you want us to adhere to.

Best Regards

Will Smith
