Dear Mr. Brown,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the dinning table you had provided us at our property.

As you know, we have recently moved to 21, Kabir Park.and we have rented this property as a furnished house.

We have recently faced difficulty using the dinning table with its four chairs. Yesterday, we found that the table is not stable and we realised that there is something wrong with one of its legs. Furthermore, one of the chairs is also broken, and nd its not usable at all.

You are well aware that dinning table is frequently used piece of furniture for us since we have our breakfast or dinner there. I also use it as a desk for doing my office work. Therefore, I would be greatful if you would arrange time with me to come to our place and inspect the furniture as soon as possible. So that you can fix this issue for us.

I hope you would find some way to accomodate my request.
